HIGHLIGHTS

China 2023

Viennese music captivated audiences in China.
In October 2023, on our concert tour in China, we performed in cities like Foshan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Suzhou. We played music by Dynasty Strauss, Michael Z. Ziehrer and also some traditional Chinese songs.
The vibrant energy of the Chinese cities we visited during our concert tour was amazing. From the bustling streets of Shanghai to the serene beauty of Suzhou, each city held a unique charm that inspired our performances.

South Africa & Mozambique 2023

In the spring of 2023, we set off on an amazing concert tour across South Africa and Mozambique.
Our concert tour in 2023 was an unforgettable journey filled with incredible performances in stunning locations across South Africa and Mozambique.
From the grand City Hall in Mozambique to the serene Kilima Sanctuary on the Machangulo Peninsula, each venue offered a unique backdrop for our music to come alive.
One of the highlights of our tour was our performance at the Mdluli Safari Lodge in Kruger National Park, where the sounds of the wild blended with our melodies.
In Underberg, KwaZulu-Natal, we were surrounded by majestic mountains, creating a breathtaking setting for our music to soar.
As we traveled further, the landscapes of Oudtshoorn, Vida Nova Retreat in Hout Bay, and the Rhebokskloof Estate in Paarl, (all in the Western Cape of South Africa), provided diverse and picturesque stages for our performances. Each location added its own flavor to our music, making every concert a truly magical experience for both us and our audience.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Collecting, processing and using personal data
The purpose of our business is the organization and arrangement of events, as well as all agency services for artists and all services connected with these activities. The data collection, processing and use of data are conducted in order to fulfil this purpose (so called “legitimate interests”). 
The user can visit the website of PHI GmbH without providing any personal details. The PHI GmbH will only store impersonal access data, such as the name of the Internet service provider, the page from which the user visited, or the name of the file requested. This data will be used exclusively to improve the offer of PHI GmbH and does not allow any conclusion to be drawn regarding the person.
Personal data will only be collected if the user notifies this to PHI GmbH voluntarily as part of the registration (opening an account), within the framework of an order or during registration for the Newsletter. PHI GmbH will use the data notified by the user without his separate consent solely to fulfil and process the order. When processing of the order has been completed and the purchase price paid in full, the customer data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiration of the retention periods required under the tax laws and under commercial legislation, unless the user has expressly consented to the further use of his data. The data given as part of the registration is stored until the deletion of the customer account. The customer can instruct a deletion of his customer account any time by email to peter.hosek@imagevienna.com. In compliance with statutory retention periods PHI GmbH immediately proceeds to delete the personal data after this period. If the user registers for the Newsletter, the E-mail address will be used with his consent for the advertising purposes of PHI GmbH, until the user cancels his registration for the Newsletter. Cancellation of this registration is possible at any time.
Use of cookies 
PHI GmbH uses cookies on various pages in order to structure the visit to this website attractively and to allow the use of certain functions. This concerns small text files which are filed on the computer of the user. Most of the cookies used by PHI GmbH are deleted from the hard disk of the user after the end of the browser session (known as session cookies). Passing on of personal data
The customer data will be passed on to the dispatch company entrusted by PHI GmbH with delivery, in so far as this is necessary for delivery of the tickets. For processing payments, PHI GmbH will pass on the customer payment data to the bank commissioned with the payment. Otherwise none of customer’s personal data will be passed on.
Right to information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the user will be entitled to free information regarding his stored data and to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted.

The user has expressly granted PHI GmbH the following consent and PHI GmbH has logged this consent. The user may revoke his consent with effect for the future at any time.

PHI GmbH arranges artists for performances in Germany and abroad.
 
Right of withdrawal
When it comes to the following contracts, customers do not have a right of withdrawal: Accommodation services for purposes other than living, transport of goods, renting of motor vehicles and supply of food and drinks, and services provided with relation to leisure activities, given a specific date or time frame that is specified in the contract in order for the contract to be fulfilled (§ 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG). That is to say if WKE offers services in the area of leisure activities, especially tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Any order of tickets is therefore binding and obligates the customer to accept and pay for the tickets he/she has ordered.
Data protection
The customer acknowledges that all electronically provided data will be processed electronically by PHI GmbH for the purpose of contract negotiation and administration. The customer also agrees to the transfer of this data to affiliated companies (parent company or subsidiaries) in accordance with the legal provisions and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 2000. Please note that the customer may revoke this consent at any time. 
Jurisdiction, law
Jurisdiction for corporate clients and private customers from abroad is the competent court in Vienna; for domestic customers their locally competent court. Austrian law applies excluding the conflict rules.
